i want to try to do at least one good habit every month to six weeks because that's apparntly how long it takes for a habit to really stick and be less work to maintain!
so some habits i want to establish, daily, in 2019

- meditate
- yoga/stretching
- rise early
- be more focused
- whittle down idle phone time
- write daily
- don't pick skin
- really clean out space - donate, re-purpose, reduce
- more self-care

happy 2019 everyone!!! here's hoping it's better than 2018
